Terrible Support
Good product, but terrible support
Dodo Payments first approved my SaaS - I have the email confirmation - and then suddenly put my account on hold without any clear explanation. Now I can’t even process payments for another SaaS.
Support has been the worst part. It’s been days and I still haven’t received a proper response.
A good product isn’t enough when the support is this pathetic.
