At the moment, the Multivendor Marketplace feature is available starting from Tier 5 and above. Unfortunately, it's not included in the Tier 4 plan, and we're currently not offering the option to add it individually to lower-tier plans.

Why can’t marketplace owners delete vendors and their content directly? With stores inevitably closing, the lack of this basic administrative function means the marketplace will accumulate inactive accounts. There are also legal concerns around retaining people’s data without consent. Can someone explain the reasoning behind this limitation, and is there a timeline for when this will be resolved?

At this moment, the option to delete vendors directly is not available on our platform. However, marketplace administrators do have the ability to suspend vendors, preventing them from using their accounts, while still keeping the data intact. This ensures that vendors cannot re-register with the same email address on a new marketplace.
Thanks for bringing attention to this, I didn't know this is not possible. This is so weird and not GDPR compliant at all. Following the response before I refund.
Currently, we are not yet fully GDPR compliant, but we are committed to achieving full compliance as quickly as possible. At present, we adhere to the maximum possible level of GDPR compliance in our processes, and our development team is actively working to ensure we meet all the necessary requirements. We are confident that we will be fully compliant in the very near future.
I've been working closely with the team at Dokan Cloud, as a long time user of their Wordpress plugin. Believe me, you've got a gem of a deal here, and yes there are issues, and it's early days, but I am 100% confident that these guys are on it like sonic. If anyone can pull this off, its Atikur and his team.

For Tier 5, I can make 2 multi-vendor sites, right? Yes, if you purchase Tier 5, you will be able to create 2 multi-vendor marketplaces.
How many vendors can sell on tier 5 multi-vendor? For Tier 5, there is no limitation on the number of vendors you can add. You can add an unlimited number of vendors.
