For your questions:
1) Rollups: yes Formula: yes, we retrieve the end value System Date: yes Url: yes Select / Multi select : yes End of table calculculations: no, but you can do any computation you want once in Google Sheets
2) You can control user permissions from your Google Sheets or Notion directly
3) We don't have webhooks on the roadmap yet but may add them in 2024....
Q: The team plan is really an all out unlimited plan or does the 3000 runs mean the once an hour check verses ...
the every minute check for each application its used on... thats the only limitation, right... the time based one? (2) How or what do you mean that I no longer need a database like MySQL or how do i replace mysql if i want to make a dating website for example? Can you do this or explain how I would attempt to go about that and which apps would I use then?

1) The team plan includes 3.000 runs per month. A run equals an import of data or a refresh of data. Hence for example, if you have an import into a sheet from Airtable with an automatic refresh every day, you’ll be using 1 run every day.
