Q: Alternative to gamm.app?

Dear all,

I was looking at the appsumo offer and I was asking my-self if your product might be considered an alternative to gamma.app?
Because if it is, it might be interesting to move from that to yours.
many thanks in advance for your answer.

Kind regards

A: Hey Mario!

Thanks for your question. And the short of it is, yes, we are a competitor/alternative to GammaApp.

I'd actually love to talk to you about what you like/dislike about Gamma. And anything that you'd like to see us build in the future.

Email is evan@dreamwriter.ai if you want to set up a call!

Q: Some questions about your offer and external integrations:

1. Unique clarification between brands, campaigns and workspaces, to avoid returns.
In the Tier 4 license there are 50 campaigns or workspaces, does this mean that:
if I have 5 customers/brands, can I do 10 campaigns/workspaces per month each? Or, if I have 10 brands/customers, can I do 5 campaigns/workspaces per month each?
2. Please clearly define the concept of "Content Pages". How many words/characters/images/etc.?
3. Are native integrations planned to use your AI account without having to use external systems with other subscriptions of our customers? (Ex. Claude 3.7, Gemini)?
4. Are APIs planned for connections with automation systems or better yet native integrations? (Ex. Stakby, N8N, etc.).
You certainly have a lot of courage to show up here without even an example page.
What guarantees do you offer to buyers?
Thank you.

A: Hello and thank you for questions! Let me answer them here:

1. So we've completely eliminated "brands" from our product. There are just "Workspace Brand" and "Campaigns." A Workspace brand is meant to be set up for a single company. During the set up of the Workspace Brand, you're entering in messaging documents, weblinks, sales decks, etc., which we then use to train Dreamy on all content produced for that company.

A campaign is used to highlight a particular product, service, or use case offering. You can upload additional material to further train Dreamy on that particular part of the business. You can also use this feature to add in targeting criteria (E.g. Startup founders in B2B tech in the USA). This helps then create hyper-personalized content to better drive conversion rates.

Now for your individual use case (5 clients), I DON'T recommend buying a Tier 4 license. As each Workspace is truly meant for one client. With that said, depending on how many pages of content/campaigns you'd want to produce per client, there's a solid chance that you could achieve what you're looking to get with 5 lower tiers, ultimately costing you less money than a Tier 4 license. I'd love to walk you through this more (see end of message).

2. Content pages = a single slide (PPT) or page (PDF). You can jam-pack it with as many words, images as you like :). We're also working on a new release (next week), which will automatically give 3 options for the initial draft (text heavy, balanced visuals/text, more visuals/less text)

3. As in BYOK? It's been on our roadmap forever. We we were just waiting for a customer who said they wanted to do this before doing it. If that's you, let's chat!

4. Workflow automation integrations - we definitely have integrations planned. Although tbh - neither Stakby or N8N were the ones we were thinking of starting with. Worth mentioning, integrations are at a higher Tier level.

Examples/Guarantees - Haha - I truly loved the courage comment :). Truthfully, this is our first launch on AppSumo. It's been a learning experience/definitely things we'll do differently for the next one. We're working on adding examples to our website (targeting a release mid-next week).

Guarantees - would love to hear what you had in mind. I'd love to tell you about where we're going with the company.

All-in-all - it sounds like you have a few specifics surrounding your use cases. Please don't buy a Tier without speaking with me first. I'd love to get you set up in the right way, to achieve everything you're looking to do.

If you could shoot a quick email to support@dreamwriter.ai, then Ill respond. (I'm the founder btw). And we can take it from there!

Q: Campaign?

Does Draamwriter create the entire campaign copy from the information inputed or does it format the copy given without changing any of the copy?

The amount of campaigns per tier, is that the amount of new campaigns that can be created each month or the total campaign limit Dreamwritier saves for an account?

A: Hey John! Thanks for your questions!

As to your first question - the copy in the a piece of content is influenced by the documents/links uploaded in the Workspace brand, the documents/links uploaded in the campaigns. You can adjust how much weight is given to the workspace brand vs. the campaign by using the slider. It's also worth mentioning, that we're using LLMs in the background, so we're coming up with copy that way.

And amount of campaigns per tier is total. But you're always able to delete a campaign and add another one if that helps manage the number of campaigns you have.

Q: Please explain what a "brand" or "campaign" actually is

A: We're working with the AppSUmo team to change the name "brand" to "campaign" in the pricing.

We used to have a feature called a "brand," which allowed you to set colors, set tone of voice, and enter in a website.

We've since enhanced the functionality and replaced with 2 features:

Workspace brand: You can now upload multiple documents to capture your overall messaging, set colors, and fonts.

Campaigns: Upload specific product/service messaging, add in buyer persona targeting criteria (by industry or role), change the campaign colors (optional), set tone of voice, and name your campaign.

We're super excited about our campaign feature as it's a value differentiator in the market. Enables companies to create B2B hyper-personalized content and collateral!
