Q: Yup, skipping the deal based on how serious Droplr takes their customer (our) questions.

Imagine you're having trouble with client files.

Then you'll probably have to wait for 1-2 week to get an answer from Droplr support team.

Say bye-bye to client.

Or in the worst case scenario all your files will be wiped out (the ones you've uploaded in 5 years period).

If only there would be answers like every other Appsumo deal... Then no such nightmare pictures would popup. Worst support so far.

But no. No excuses.

Skip the deal and wait for a better one, there will be one in 6 months period, as always.

Appsumo, could you please add a claimer to your papers that the seller needs to answer dear Sumolings questions.

I WANT this to be a good deal, but the horrendous company response inside AppSumo alone will make me decide to stay away. This is by the worst deal response I have ever seen. Very sad, I want and need a product like this.
