Anyone that thinks this is a 5Taco deal is deluded frankly. It's at best a 2 taco deal it has some nice features, but the glitches just make it unreliable. How can you trust something with all your secure files, if it's buggy then its hackable and I can't trust sharing files to buggy software and inviting teams or users to engage with it.

So I throw the towel in I'm as patient as I can be but frankly this is half baked software without direction or structure or clearly defined purpose, I can't see this improving in my lifetime and if it does it will be too late and something better will easily be out there.

It's glitchy, just like their webinar demonstrated. It's taken until 12th of June to still not answer fully, questions I raised. The level of service and engagement is shockingly poor, vague answers no clarification, ignoring anything that doesn't suit them or is too challenging.
Everything is "down the road" without a roadmap to hold them accountable to it's pointless verbal mouthwash.

Numerous times its been cracked up to be a GDrive / Dropbox replacement but without sub folders and synching it can't be - and they have no intention of implementing this, so that's plain lying.

Q.What is the time frame for sub folders please? "We do not have a time frame on this. Likely not going to implement for a few months, if at all. This request is the highest priority and if our team decides to do it we will let you know." WT$ answer is that? highest priority, and if.. likely not going to... - Garbage.

Q.You have stated several occasions this is a replacement for Gdrive or Dropbox etc, but without synching, subfolders it isn't really ? And without these unlimited storage seems to have no purpose if everything has to remain in a flat hierarchy So will ability to synch be added and how far down your yellow brick road is it ? "No this will not be added."- Straight answer at least.

Q.Cropping - adjusting that on the fly would be useful! "It definitely would be and I have suggested it to our team! "- Great and that means what without a roadmap?

Stmnt. It's Stupid having the Green CTA button. Period. "We are discussing internally about removing this." - roadmap??, is it /will it happen who knows..

Having the share and get free Droplr in the dashboard is also pointless. "Thanks for the feedback, we feel there is a reason for this to be here for free users."

Q.Can you unzip files into the storage? "If you drag and drop a handful of files to the web application they will upload separately, otherwise it will stay as a zip file."

Support? You launch on Appsumo, get hit with a lot of interest and questions Naturally! Why weren't you and aren't you prepared for that a week in at least, it's things like this and the lack of answers that suggest a less than organised professional company behind this.. "We were not prepared, thanks for noticing. They released it before we knew."
So this is all Appsumo's fault then I guess..
