Q: Before purchasing I have some questions.
1. As you mentioned appsumo Tire-1 license will get gold plan but if i purchase Tire-2 or Tire-3 then which plan I will get.
2. Also as you mentioned that with tire-2 and tire-3 licenses i can create store for my clients. My question is how can I provide the store access to my clients.
3. With tire-2 or tire-3 plan can i charge subscription plans from my dukaan admin control panel for my clients shop.
4. Can I add custom domain for each of my shop/ clients shop? Can i change existing shop domain name again and again?
5. Can i sell print on demand products ? Is there any print on demand intregation like printify, printful?
6. Can i import products from alixress like platform and start dropshipping store?
7. Can i import custom themes for my store?

4. Can I add custom domain for each of my shop/ clients shop? Can i change existing shop domain name again and again? Yes you can have a separate custom domain for each store.
5. Can i sell print on demand products ? Is there any print on demand intregation like printify, printful?- You can add a custom form to take request from your customers. We have this under review with Printful, will be available shortly
6. Can i import products from alixress like platform and start dropshipping store? Not as of now
7. Can i import custom themes for my store? No, but we are already bringing theme builder for you

You said that tire 2 and tire 3 will provide gold plan of dukaan. But I checked in dukaan Platinum plan you are providing store AAB file but here you are providing in tire 2 and tire 3 subscription.
If i will purchase tire 3 plan then how many staff i can add for my dukaan store. Because if i can create unlimited shop in tire 3 then I definitely need staff for handling that.
For adding custom domain for each shop do i need to pay additional charges later or free.
Also as you have changed your past plan and now you are providing ltd plan with new subscriptions plan name. Like agency enterprise and others plan has changed the name and update with new name. Also i saw there are many buyers are disappointed for this. My question is like your previous and plan if upcoming time you will update and again release with new features then will not able to get that feature. Because all features are not available in gold plan. Logically we are not getting Lifetime plan we have to pay again for getting that feature forcefully otherwise we are not able to use main features of dukaan in future, because most important updates and features are not available right now in live time. Please explain about this.

Please explain about this. - As promised earlier, we have included our existing users with the benefits of the developments that happened after the deal was over, and we will continue to do that in future too. Under LTD we are not charging you the annual subscription however, certain features that are not complimentary will be at cost.
