Q: Customer support human or ai?

You guys were in news that you fired your whole customer support team and replaced them with ai support. Have you hired any humans for support yet? also the replies in the reviews have the same generated feeling, empathising with problem, accepting we have heard similar feedback and then saying we are looking into it. I have highest tier but am very skepticl to use your product
