DanielVQ: Doubt about listed features
I bought the 2022 deal and are now comparing the feature list. Could you clearify that I'm not missing any features?
"Multiple payment gateways supported: Stripe, PayPal, 2C2P, dLocal, etc."
(I only have Stripe, PayPal and Cash on delivery)
"104+ languages supported (custom label and language inputs supported)"
(I don't have any custom labels and language inputs. I do have "Bulk update catalogue using .CSV files" but don't think that's the same?
You're refering to a "Theme builder", however I can't build a new theme or save a customized with a new name. It's really only an editor for build-in themes. Isn't that misleading?
Features "Product wishlist", "Email marketing builder" and "Loyalty points" are just plug-ins and some are capped (Mailchimp - free plan) or have additional costs (Wishlist). Isn't that misleading?

May 2, 2025A: Regarding payment options, we currently offer Stripe, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery. Our previously available region-specific payment providers have been discontinued.
For language support, our Bulk Upload CSV feature allows you to import language-specific data for your store. The Dukaan team maintains basic translations, but please contact our support team if you need any specific changes.
The basic themes serve as starting points that you can build upon or edit according to your needs. All customized themes are stored separately from the original templates.
Some additional functionalities are available through plugins. Specifically for the wishlist feature, there is no additional charge - you can implement this using webhooks to enable follow-up communications with customers.
