1. Can I use it to set up a Sports equipment shop, and how to handle shipping logistics, do you have any tie ups using which I can tackle fulfillment (delivery of equipment) or not? I read in one of your responses about something related to logistics. Also can I create store based on one of you predefined store categories (like beauty) shop or can I create my own store category?

- Yes, you can set up a sports equipment shop on Dukaan. You can choose the ‘Gym and Sports Equipment’ category or you can also create your own category. Regarding shipping, in India we have Dukaan Delivery (https://mydukaan.io/delivery) while for users outside India we have Shippo (https://mydukaan.io/plugins/61a470a59f3723f98f2e3d2d). You can also choose to self ship your products.

2. Can it be used to sell digital products, if yes what about uploading, storing digital files and bandwidth issues around accessibility and downloading speed, it seems you only allow to send email after digital purchase but actual delivery of digital product must happen outside your platform, please let me know if this understanding is correct?

- Yes, actual delivery of digital purchases will happen outside of Dukaan. You will have to manually email or send across your digital products.

3. Can't I use it to sell software licenses, is there a way to manage licenses, what about coupons and discounts, what is your vision, do you plan to make it something like Woo commerce or not? Then digital products require some kind of digital rights management system, do you plan to venture in such space?

4. What about the handling of multiple currencies, can it be handled at PayPal or Stripe level, what about product refunds, how are those tackled? What about card abandonment, email campaigns and notifications etc., is there any inbuilt functionality to tackle such issues?

- Handling of multiple currencies is taken care of at checkout by Stripe or PayPal. As a result, product refunds and returns also need to be taken care of by you. 5. Can I claim this as a replacement of Shopify before my small business clients? Which tech stack has been used to build this product?
