Q: Hi i would like to report these problems below.
Please fix these.
[1] After we add the “digital products plugin” and setup our digital products - the “abandoned cart feature” stops working — After the customer adds the digital products to the cart and puts their info and address , and leaves the store, the abandoned cart is not updated at all. Please investigate it and fix it.
[2] For physical products, when the abandoned cart is updated - the “abandoned order” in the main dashboard - shows wrong time of the order , not in the time zone of the store, but only in India time, please fix it to show correct time / time zone.
All these issues are present with all dukaan stores and dukaan accounts that we have tested - please fix it globally for all shops.
Please update us here, when this is fixed, so we can use it.
