Q: I like what I have read so far.

One thing that stops me from pushing that buy button is this.
The fact that Dukaan branding is visible to the client. As an agency feature, it is highly important that my clients see my agency logo and custom domain and not Dukaan's.
Q#1. Do you plan to allow us to have a white label client portal
Q#2, If so, can you give us a rough idea of when you will allow us to have a white label client portal?

Hi Semirjoh

Currently, Dukaan branding is there only on the following places:
1. Order confirmation msgs ( we are working on white labelling this soon too)
2. Default store link contains mydukaan.io but you can get your own custom domain and nobody will know which platform you're running on ;)
Stores that you publish don't have Dukaan logo, you can upload your custom logo to your store anytime.

Q#1. Do you plan to allow us to have a white label client portal
Dukaan is NOT a self hosted solution so you always will have to access particular store on web.mydukaan.io or Android/iOS app. Rest everything will be White-labelled right from the logo on dashboard to order communication emails etc.

Q#2, If so, can you give us a rough idea of when you will allow us to have a white label client portal?
- It's partially done already :)

The reply from Sachin seems inconsistent on the point regarding CNAME. If CNAME is used, to access stores or dashboard, will it still need to be accessed from web.mydukaan.io or it will be the CNAME and fully whitelabelled?

CNAME or custom domain name is used only for the storefront and after you configure the cname the storefronts URLs are whitelabled.

The admin dashboard is still on web.mydukaan.io which can be used to manage the store.
The seller dashboard is not whitelable.
