Q: I really wish you guys would listen to all of us asking for very basic ways to have a customer pick up their order in-store.
Please. Allow customers to select in-store pick up as an option. My friend in the Philippines uses COD and it's great for her. But here in USA I will not. I will, however, allow people to pick up items in store. Some large items even require it.
Please add this basic feature. I promise you will gain more customers because of the increase in usability.
