Q: Not able to get Support?
Dear Team,
I have purchased Tier-1 and launched my store, I took a break of 6months and now I am not able to access anything, not able to login on to my store or on Dukaan mobile app or on website, Please help.
I submitted support ticket multiple times but no any reply.
I still having believe that App sumo purchased codes are still working on Life Time and Customer should get support. Please help.
