No doubt that Dukaan is a great software. I give it 5 tacos for the great future that I see in what this company can become.

Two days testing Dukaan and I could say that in a week I would have a 100% operational store with very good quality and design. Even so, I think that at this moment there is still a long way to go to compete with Shopify or Woocommerce. But what I see so far is quite interesting.

The promise of being able to create a professional online store in 30 minutes is absolutely real. The user experience on the backend is very intuitive, simple.

I wish the developers great success in their campaign on Appsumo and in the development of their app.

Things that I think need to be improved:

1.- Improve: Major SEO problem in URLs when using custom domain. https://mydomain.com/ redirects by default to https://mydomain.com/store-name/ if you click on the logo (for example). But they are the same page. Duplicate content. The root domain have to be the home page.

1.1.- Improve: The previous point affects the entire store, for example: https://mydomain.com/store-name/p/mypage/, https://mydomain.com/store-name/categories/my-category/ or https://mydomain.com/store-name/products/my-product/ The problem is that the URLs are very long. Not good for SEO.

2.- Add: Be able to create custom 404 error page that redirects visitors to another part of my store. Add this time goes to a Dukaan 404 error page to find other stores made with Dukaan. I lose traffic with this configuration.

3.- Improve: Different admin email and phone per store. Currently both should be kept in all stores in "Store Details". At this time, for example, a construction company and pet food store have to use the same email.

3.1.- Improve: Separate the backend of the stores from the global administrator account. Right now it is mixed and confusing.

4.- Add: At this initial moment with few plugins I miss Google Tag Manager. With this we can already incorporate our third party applications without need specific plugin. For example for Plerdy, Optinly, or similar present here on AppSumo. If this is not possible, we should be able to insert our scripts in the header and footer.

5.- Add: Be able to translate everything: frontend, backend, emails, notifications, invoice, etc.

6.- Add: Much more themes, this is crucial. And they must be highly customizable. Please use Flexbox or a drag and drop layout builder, PaperBits or BeeFree Plugin. Everything must be modifiable.

6.1.- Improve: Static pages should be much more advanced, not just a content block.

7.- Add: Need a blog builder, forms, sliders, pop-up, galleries, faq, carousel, list, tabs, call to action or testimonials.

8.- Add: Free GDRP consent, no need to install a third party plugin.

9.- Bug: Some categories created in the store are not displayed in the categories page.

10.- Improve: Ability to delete failed orders. Even if they have not been completed they are counted in the statistics.
