Awful, just awful.

I could never get this work for my business. It always seems to be lacking in some area. The store themes are absolutely hideous. Customer support is nonexistent. The Apple App Store app disappeared. I'm telling you avoid this like the plague. Product customization options are basic, just seriously regret wasting my money.

Very poor customer service

I purchased the higher tier of this tool, expecting a smooth experience and reliable support. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the WooCommerce import feature, it simply kept loading without any progress. I reached out to support and received an immediate reply saying, “We will look into it,” but since then, I haven’t heard anything further. There has been no follow-up or meaningful assistance.

It’s disappointing to invest in a product that fails to deliver on its promises, especially when support is non-existent. As a customer, I rely on timely help when I encounter issues—particularly with features as important as WooCommerce integration. This lack of support makes the tool difficult to recommend.

In my experience, this product should not be listed on AppSumo until the team can provide proper support to their customers. At present, it offers little value because there is simply no help available when things go wrong.

Misleading Offer – White Label Promised, Reseller Delivered

I purchased Dukaan during its previous AppSumo deal, lured by their premium pricing and the promise of a full white label solution. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. What we received instead was a reseller plan, far from what was advertised.

The issue isn’t isolated. There’s a trail of disappointed users, public complaints, and even dedicated Facebook groups raising concerns—yet no resolution or accountability from the vendor.

What’s more disappointing is AppSumo's decision to bring Dukaan back instead of holding them accountable. No refunds, no apologies—just a relisting of a vendor that failed to deliver on core promises.

Buyers beware: if you’re expecting transparency, delivery, and long-term reliability, this might not be the deal for you.

Does not Deserve any love, not worthy of a purchase

I brought this deal soe time back, not worth at all. You will almost never hear back from the Customer Support on any of your queries.

Not sure why Appsumo keeps bringing this back.

TOXIC

I bought this App years ago. I could never get it to work properly let alone smoothly. There has got tio be a way for AS to vet companies that are this radically fragmented. I can't believe after all these years they seem to get worse and worse. I would like to say they are incompetent, but after AI has emerged to help them streamline their operations and they have gotten worse instead of better with the emergence of AI then it seems to be something even more pathetic then simple incompetance holding them back. All I can say is they have been given countless chances by countless people and they do not seem in anyway to want to provide a professional service. This level of toxic treatment of their ecosystem is an abject betrayal of all common decency.
