Plan Changes: I hear you on the frustration with plugin availability. Our goal is to keep our offerings clear and beneficial to users, so we’re currently revisiting this to make sure that upgrades and access are as fair and transparent as possible.

Customer Support: This is something we’ve actively been improving. We've had challenges, especially during high growth periods, but we’re scaling up our support channels, including better moderation and engagement in our community groups.

Server Uptime: It's great to hear that you're noticing improvements. We’ve put a lot of effort into making the platform more stable, and while there were definitely rough patches, I’m confident we’re on the right track now.

Shipping Fees and Theme Builder: The fixed shipping fees and theme builder limitations are valid concerns. We're working on more flexible shipping options, and our goal is to simplify the theme builder so that coding knowledge isn’t a barrier for customization.
