I was surprised to see Dukaan on Appsumo. In India Dukaan Lifetime deal is something you can not resist. Dukaan has really solved 2 big problems for small e-commerce store owners, especially in India. The first is Delivery and the second is Payment collection.
But on the store customization front, Dukaan comes nowhere close to the big players and it has a long way to go.

I have shared my feedback with the team and one I am sharing here is regarding email collection during checkout.

Currently, we can ask for the customer's email address as an additional field. This looks weird during the checkout process and adds one additional step in the checkout process, which is not ideal.

Email is an all-important part of the customer journey and there should be a way to ask for an email while filling in the address information.

Still, this deal is something not to be missed.
