If I generate an AI model using your mock anything feature, can I go back to that same AI-generated model later on and add a different logo or change the shirt color?

A: Hey, at the moment, since this is our newest feature, we don’t have a history feature yet, but it will be available soon. Right now, when you generate a model with AI, you can immediately download the image and save it for future use. You can also download it again after setting the artwork or color, so you can already reuse everything. Also, downloading does not cost any credits.
This was previously answered by Milos Medic who said you can return to a saved mockup anytime — it’s saved as a template indefinitely — and you can freely add or swap graphics, move/resize them, change the shirt color, tweak highlights/shadows, or apply patterns; all editing is free until you decide to download. First - apologies for comparing this to Placeit.. this is clearly a whole different beast... I missed the point to start with.
If others can consume credits.. can I create allocations of credits to authenticated users etc.
To elaborate a little.. what can a visitor to the site actually do?

For now, we don't have "team" feature so you can't allocate credits. What you can do is creating a separate API key for each of your clients or members and then track the usage for each key from a single account.
If you embed our editor on your website, the visitor can upload an artwork,...
This is very powerful .. BUT.. big but, do you have intentions of managing allocation of credits rather than merely tracking through API.. damage would be done before we could take action using just API tracking (there is always one bad visitor)

Q: Is it possible to get accurate Printify and Printful colors for the mockups?
The first question that always comes in my mind when it comes to mockups is the availability of all the correct printify and printful colors (including heather). For every variant I offer in my etsy listing I like to give the customer a proper color preview in the mockup. Is this possible with this tool?

A: Hi, Yes, all colors will appear exactly as you set them, we don’t make any additional changes to them. In our mockup library, we also offer Bella + Canvas 3001, Gildan 2000, and other similar mockups, so you should be covered when getting started. You can also use your own mockups if you prefer.
Do I need to give credit for every mockup I create? For instance, if I made my own mockup in Photoshop or if I'm using one that comes with the dynamic mockups, do I still have to credit those? Or is credit just needed for the ones that are AI-generated? Thanks!

A: One image download consumes 1 credit when downloading in bulk (multiple artworks and colors). However, all tiers include unlimited single downloads. AI-generated mockups consume credits as well. It's 3 credits per mockup generated if you don't do any edits.
If you have your own Photoshop mockups, you have an option to upload it to our app and then use our editor. Thank you for your inquiry!
