Q: In 2 years time if I change to a new PC will I need to buy a new license?
Or will it be possible to transfer the license?
I'm just wanting to consider this upfront as I have an older PC.

One license can only be activated for once. So, why now get a new one when it's give away?
I don't think there is a limitation on how many times one user can buy such a freebie. If there it is, I guess you need another Appsumo account for this.
