Q: Additional phone numbers and sub-accounts

Hi, I work with multiple clients so I'm considering buying Tier 3. But I have a question about getting additional phone numbers or sub-accounts in the future.

Is there a special AppSumo rate/upgrade that we can use if we'd like to add more phone numbers or sub-accounts to our plan? Thanks.

A: Thank you for your interest in Tier 3!

At the moment, the AppSumo deal tiers are fixed and already heavily discounted, so any additional phone numbers or sub-accounts would follow our standard pricing outside of AppSumo.

👉 Sub-accounts: You can add multiple employees under your same business entity, each with their own login credentials. The main user can manage all sub-accounts and set individual access permissions. Additional sub-accounts are available at $5/month each.

👉 Phone numbers: If you need more numbers beyond what’s included in Tier 3, you can easily add them within your account for $2.50/month per number.

The good news is you’re not locked in, you can always scale up as your client base grows, while still keeping your lifetime deal benefits from AppSumo.
