I watched a video showing your concurrent dialing which I would never use. Is there a delay before they hear me with the single line power dialer?
Next, how do the credits works? I saw another sumoling ask about voicemail drops are NOT included in any tier which is a disappointment so how many calls do I get with voicemail drop rate? Thank you

Oct 20, 2025A: Our single-line dialer is a true power dialer. It calls one prospect at a time, unlike concurrent dialing that calls multiple people at once. The call connects almost instantly, so the person on the other end hears you right away.
Credits are consumed per call attempt at a rate of 2 credits per minute. You’re correct that voicemail drops are not included in any tier. The number of calls you can make depends on your purchased credits. And you can always purchase additional credits as per your needs.
