Q: Testing the AI voice agent was a smooth experience but..

The system deducted 30 credits instead of 2 credits per minute as you stated in the previous answer. What is the reason for the mismatch in credit cost? I am on tier 3.

Eric that's a VERY STEEP difference from 2 credits to 30 credits as you told me would be 2 credits!!!!! i would understand if it's 4-5 credits for premium 'advanced, high-fidelity voice models'... but 30?!!!! come on

Apologies for the confusion earlier! The correct rate for AI calling is 30 credits per minute for premium, high-fidelity voice models. The 2 credits per minute I mentioned previously was incorrect and only applies to standard, basic calls.
