Without Canadian phone numbers available, you're alienating local businesses outside the USA. Your $40/month Twilio add-on offers excellent value at 1 credit per SMS, but it forces LTD customers into recurring monthly payments that defeat the purpose of our lifetime purchase
Please consider allowing Twilio number integration using your standard 4 credits per SMS instead. This maintains your credit revenue while respecting the no-monthly-fees structure LTD customers invested in. Thanks

Edited Dec 30, 2025A: As for Twilio integration, you’re correct that it's currently offered through our $39/month platform fee, which unlocks direct Twilio account connectivity. This setup allows you to send messages at 1 credit per SMS, which helps with high-volume, cost-effective sending.
That said, we understand the spirit of the AppSumo lifetime deal (LTD) and your desire to avoid monthly fees.
While Twilio connectivity isn’t included in the Tier 1–3 LTD plans, your suggestion to allow Twilio integration at the standard rate of 4 credits for low-risk industries and 6 credits for high-risk industries per SMS—without the $39 monthly fee—is both reasonable and constructive.
We’ve noted this and will be sharing it with our product and leadership teams for consideration. We’re actively listening to LTD users, and your input helps us find balanced solutions that respect both product sustainability and the expectations set by our AppSumo offer.
