Estoy viendo esta oferta y me llama muchísimo la atención, tengo varias preguntas:
Soy usuario de VAPI ai y de Retell ai, y ya tengo esos servicios conectados con GHL pero me quiero retirar.
1) Con las llamadas CONCURRENTES, tan pronto el cliente potencial o cliente atienda la llamada, en vez de dejarlo con un mensaje pregrabado, se podrá por una automatización de make.com o un webhook o una API transferir a un asistente de voz con IA en Vapi o Retell?
2) Veo que están considerando WhatsApp en el plan Premium. Que tan probable será?
3) Yo tengo números en Twilio, registrados con A2P 10DLC, de hecho lo he aprendido a hacer tan bien que en menos de 5 días los aprueban. Necesito esos números acá o ustedes los proveen y hay que registrar el A2P 10DLC?
4) Vi por ahí que son 4 créditos por email. Donde saber más del uso de créditos?

We’re currently working on a VAPI solution to connect AI voice agents for real-time call transfers. This would allow seamless handoff to a voice AI through automation (Make, webhooks, or API). You can expect this to be available within the next 30 days.
2. WhatsApp integration is definitely on our roadmap, but it will take some time to roll out.
At this point, there's no confirmed ETA, but we’ll keep everyone posted as it gets closer.
3. Twilio Numbers and A2P 10DLC
You can absolutely use your existing Twilio numbers. If they’re already registered with A2P 10DLC, that’s perfect — you can bring them over.
Just note that there’s an additional charge of $39/month for integrating third-party Twilio accounts.
Alternatively, Easify provides phone numbers directly and handles the entire 10DLC registration process for you, so you don’t have to worry about setup.
4. Credit Usage for Emails and More
Yes, sending an email uses 4 credits per email.
For SMS, it’s 4 credits per 160 characters for both incoming and outgoing messages.
You can view a detailed breakdown of your usage anytime in the dashboard under "Credit Usage"
