Q: Why change plan and remove mobile app access?

You have a wonderful product and works wonderfully. But with recent iOS app update, you disabled access to app?
We are early adaptors and supporters - so why this change?

With the latest update, mobile app access (both iOS and Android) has been restricted for AppSumo users. The mobile app is available exclusively for users on our standard subscription plans.

We truly value our AppSumo community, but this change was made to ensure smooth performance and continued development across our core platform. You can still access all your AppSumo plan features through the web version without any limitations.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support!

So is there a one time fee to continue using apps or a monthly fee ? And if it’s recurring fee , then what’s the amount ?

NO I was told: Unfortunately, the mobile app is not included in the AppSumo tiers and is now available only for Easify Standard subscribers. However, we can customize a plan based on your business requirements. Our lowest plan starts at $19 per month, which includes 500 credits.

Key word "Now" This was part of the plan when I purchased...

we are very disappointed with this change. As early supporters and loyal users, we have always trusted and supported your product, but we did not expect the sudden removal of mobile app access for those of us subscribed through AppSumo. This not only reduces the convenience of using the product but also makes us feel that our contributions and loyalty have been overlooked.

** Founders Please read this.**. I understand that you are trying to increase revenue & customer base. So lets review your decision. By giving mobile access - you keep your early supporters happy and also increase their usage. Its very likely we will go and start buying recurring credits & services and bring in more revenue + say amazing things about your product vs no revenue & limited support
