BEWARE NO VOICEMAIL!!!

I really thought I had found the holy grail of Phone/SMS marketing. The 10DLC setup is great, and customer service is responsive—which makes this even more confusing. Why only 2 tacos? Because there is no voicemail option for callers to leave a message. That’s basic telephony.

Since Easify is already using Twilio, voicemail should be an easy feature to implement. Instead, I’m told I have to forward my calls to another phone or external system just to capture voicemails. That’s honestly crazy for a platform aimed at startups, entrepreneurs, and business owners who absolutely need a built-in voicemail solution.

I’m thoroughly disappointed and honestly in disbelief that this still isn’t available. It’s been weeks since I was told they would “look into it.” If they ever add voicemail, I’ll gladly come back and update my rating. Until then—2 tacos.

I want to clarify that Easify does support voicemail, and callers can leave a message. However, the limitation right now is specifically with custom welcome messages. If a call reaches voicemail after being forwarded, the uploaded welcome message won’t play during that transition. In all other cases, your welcome greeting will play first and the call will ring normally once it finishes.

We realize how important this feature is, especially for business owners who rely heavily on missed-call handling. The good news is that we’re already reviewing this to improve how custom greetings interact with voicemail, and your feedback helps us prioritize it even more.
