BUYER BEWARE: Dismissiveness & Gaslighting to the 100th Degree

DO NOT PAY FOR EASIFY - THEY ARE UNRELIABLE & HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Here is a video on the experience:
https://youtu.be/rDLD6NCMGfk

We purchased two accounts on AppSumo. Easify decided that they could not financially sustain the app and other services, so we agreed to a custom monthly plan.

Everything was fine from August through January. Then they deleted all of our phone numbers, all of our approved text messages, contacts, and we lost access to the app. There was no warning or email sent..a team member contacted me saying they could not access anything in our account.

After many emails, they tried to make it seem like it was not a big deal and we just had to go through 10DLC again (which never went through after three weeks). We had phone numbers assigned to our team members, in some instances, team members had 2-factor authentication tied to their phone numbers. This created complete and total chaos for us - thank GOD our main phone number was not through them.

We had to have people use personal phones to reach out to clients and program participants trying to reach our staff (including our nonprofit which delivers food to elders, has youth programming, and is involved in national disaster recovery efforts).

Easify was so dismissive and aloof I deleted my account and just took the loss. They kept trying to make it seem like WE were not understanding something. I will be sharing far and wide how horrible this company is to its customers. After we canceled our account they refunded one month of service, which was insulting on top of infuriating. We had at least a hundred dollars of credits we prepaid for let alone the months of service disruption.

It is even more disappointing because we were really happy with the product, but who cares if it is not reliable and at any moment your organization's life can be completely uprooted like this.

Here's what makes all of this even worse, I was dealing with a cancer diagnosis (grateful to be in remission), treatment, surgery, and everything else that comes with cancer. Having to jump in to help my team figure out what was going on with our comms was bad enough. But having to go back and forth with different people providing different explanations and no resolution was beyond infuriating and exhausting.
