Just Starting Using and So Far Great Support - 1 Star Reviews are wrong
I'm jumping in to say this platform is doing things right. They're following compliance rules and ensuring everything operates legally and securely. The angry 1-star reviews are mostly from people who don't understand what 10DLC and KYC require.
Yes, you need a real website. Yes, you need a privacy policy. That’s because the law requires it. This isn't some shady spam tool. It’s built for real businesses that want to do things the right way.
The support team has been great. If you’re serious about your business and want a tool that won’t get you shut down, this is worth your time. If you're just mad that it isn’t a plug-and-play spam machine, that’s on you.
I hope the AppSumo team removes them, so real customers who buy hundreds of times are not pushed off by worthless 1-star nonsense.
