I purchased the highest tier and got it setup with Easify. I did not need to use the product at the time but was planning to use it in the near future. Initially, I ran a test and everything seem good, but did not log back in for about 6 months. I discovered that the SMS feature was blocked and to send a message to them to restore the feature. I spent another 6 months trying to restore the SMS feature. Each time I would get an initial response from them and follow their instruction and the communication would stop. I did this about 10 times and finally the last communication with them, they tell me that I have to get my own Twillio account and then they will connect it to my account so that the SMS feature would work. I no longer trust them, so I have not spent time and effort to see if this would now work.
