I do not write a lot of reviews, but I had to write one for Easify. After going through the program, it is set up so you can access anything you need in a moments notice. Unlike a lot of programs I have used in the past. The fact they have so many phone numbers available to use is amazing. Something I have to say is the quality of their customer service department, it is one of the very best for responsiveness and helpfulness I have experienced in quite some time. They have helped me every step of the way, and I needed the help bad. It is a pleasure to work with a company of this quality. I purchased a Tier 2 as that was all I had use for, but I would not have a problem purchasing a Tier 3 just to support them, I like this product so much.
