Solid Product - take 1-star reviews with a grain of salt
I full-stacked this product, and so far it's been pretty solid. I don't often leave reviews, but wanted to offer a counter-point to the 1-star reviews here.
1) Yes, they could have better stated that the it's primarily usable in the US and CA - so I get why users from other countries might be frustrated. It appears they are in the process of updating their product description. So, if you're in the US or CA, this is a product you can use now. Other countries - caveat emptor.
2) 10DLC and KYC verification: listen, no matter what service you use for SMS marketing (Twilio, etc) - you have to go through 10DLC and KYC verification. You're going to have to take a pic of your ID, a selfie, have a website, etc. - this is not unique to Easify. Their process is straightforward, and they worked with me to add a few requirements (updated privacy policy) to my website, and I was verified within 2 days.
The benefit of using Easify vs Twilio is that you don't have to pay a monthly fee for 10DLC (unless you're sending out more than 20K SMS a day). Any other SMS provider, you're going to be charged not only for the SMS credits, but also a monthly 10DLC fee.
Support: I left a message in chat in the evening, and I wasn't expecting a response until the next day, but I saw a reply about 30 minutes later. Now - if their docs had been a little better (see below), I wouldn't have needed to ping them in chat.
Why not 5 stars? I'm still testing the service out, and the API docs could have been a little better (you have to whitelist your sending IP first), and I want to see the reliability/deliverability of their service.

We're actively working on improving transparency around international availability (currently US/CA focused).
KYC and 10DLC are industry requirements, and we're glad our team could support you through the process.
Avoiding the monthly 10DLC fee unless you're sending over 6K messages per day not 20K is a real value-add we're proud of.
We're also taking your feedback seriously on the API documentation and IP whitelisting clarity — improvements are underway.
