Unfortunately not useable

NO subaccounts, it's users—not sure why they are saying sub accounts on the deal page...

NO Canadian numbers available even though they say they service the US and Canada...

NO 24/7 help as mentioned—they have someone who will answer the phone, write down your question then forward that to someone else who will only get back to you 1-2 days later...

NO testing possible—even if you live in Canada and only contact Canadian numbers with doesn't require you to go through the whole 10DLC and KYC process, they still make you go through the process which is a huge hassle to simply want to test the platform...

NO porting in numbers—you can't even bring numbers over unless you pay for a twilio integration at a crazy price of $39 per month...I've not seen anyone else charge like that for an integration...

NO porting out numbers—once on their platform, if you decide you want to leave and you've built a business around a number, you cannot take that number with you, you're locked with them...

UPDATE:
We now have Canadian numbers, though I'm still not sure if we can port numbers in...I was told no, though I'm seeing in the question section otherwise now from their team, so it's unclear at the moment...I'll add a star now that we have Canadian numbers...I'll continue to update as the deal goes on...It's a little bit of a messy launch though.
