A: Thank you so much for the great question but no, we do not. We only work with the major gateways that are listed, which are, twilio, Telnyx , signal wire, bandwidth.com, Plivo and Vonage. You can also connect SMPP if you are tech savvy and have that set up.
A: Thanks for the question. I thought we explained it clearly but perhaps not. You do still need to connect a gateway like Twilio or Telnyx. Our platform gives you the tools that the gateways do not so that texting and loyalty programs can be done easily but you still have to pay for your own phone number and messaging in the gateway.
1) Is it possible to have a conversation (chat) on your platform when someone responds to a message? 2) Does your platform support workflows based on SMS responses from individuals? 3) Do we need specific products from Twilio to be able to have chat conversations and voice messages as I saw in your video? As when I want to get Twilio, it asks which product you want to use, and they have SMS, Voice, etc. 4) Can we connect multiple Twillow accounts? I mean, accounts from our clients? 5) Can clients access their areas, or are these shared areas on your platform?
1. Yes we have an SMS chat so you can text back and forth. I’ll put our user tutorials link below and you can look through the whole platform.
2. You can create ‘text funnels’ where you ask them for specific responses and based on their response it will reply how you want. Note: These aren’t robust workflows like High Level or ClickFunnels but we are a white label high level reseller too so our AppSumo clients get a special price of $30/mo for high level too. 3. With Twilio you simply create an account and upload money. It’s a basic account so nothing special needed. You want to say yes to sms and voice. 4. Each code comes with a specific number of resellable accounts for you to sell to clients. You can allow those clients to connect their own Twilio accounts.

I have a third party qrcode I create surveys on billboards. Will you platform keep track of the data and who I need to reply back to from the dashboard?
A: Good question. Our system does have a QR code creator built-in.
If you have the QR code do something like take them to a web option form then you’ll obviously be able to see the number of people who fill out the form because they will be added to the keyword groups that you attach the form too. You can also have the QR code automatically open up a text message that is pre-filled out for them to press send, Again, if you’re having them added to a keyword group, it will track the analytics of that. We don’t track the specific QR code scans, but if you’re having the QR code, take them to a form to fill out, the form fills will be tracked or if you’re having it pre-populate a keyword and phone number for them to send a text message to it will track the number of people who opt in.
