A: It is an a voicemail drop, it’s an actual automated call. And the customer has the option to press one to be connected to you. So you can send out the pre-recorded audio message or you can type it out. And rather than dropping it in their voicemail, their phone will ring like normal, and when they answer, it will play whatever you recorded or typed and then it will give them the option to press one to be connected and it will then connect the call to whatever phone number you want.
