Q: coupon links and royalty program
Hi
Are the coupon links and royalty programs usable if I buy your software but i set up my own sms service ? If i use my own sms service and i paste the links in the sms message, without using Twilio or Telnax.
I have another software for using bulk sms. Is that possible Does your software knows when the link is clicked through sms or trough 4g or 5g?

The coupons would work as they’re a web based link. Our loyalty program however does rely on sms, so no it won’t work with using someone else’s platform. We built it to work in ours.
Sorry if that’s not what you hope to hear but honesty is the best policy and frankly it’s much easier for business owners to do it all inside a single platform.
