MikeSTQ: Hello, I am starting my agency and my plan is to send cold SMS messages for my clients.
I am planning to use the GoHighlLevel, but I came across your software and it looks attractive.
Once I sign my client for my agency, I will need to create subaccount for them in GHL, then create sms workflow, upload the list of contacts and finally start sending those cold SMS messages for my clients. If I get some replies to my sms messages so I will let the clients to see them via GHL app so they can continue in the conversation. Also, I will set the notifications once they have some available messages to answer by moving contacts in pipeline...
Features:
- being able to have sub accounts
- creating sms workflow (3 sequences)
- being able to upload the list of contacts
- It sends sms messages on autopilot
- getting notifications about replies (for me and for my client)
- mobile app or some place to let the clients see messages to let them also make a follow up (shared inbox)
- pipeline management (moving individual contacts through concrete stages)
Can you please help me if you can replace GHL with your software?

May 15, 2024A: As I said Mike, we aren’t a replacement for High Level so please see my previous answer.
And your clients, who have given you text permission according to TCPA rules, are fine to text. But if you don’t have their permission to send texts it’s still illegal.

No. We aren’t a replacement for GHL and honestly cold SMS is illegal (in the US and Canada) so we don’t recommend it.
Okey, and if I will send messages only to clients of my clients (not cold approach).. will it change the situation?
I mean if you can provide all the features mentioned above
