Actually, no, you can create a link that will automatically let them set up their own account. This is how we do it so that someone can make payment on our website separately and then automatically be taken to the link for the package. They purchased to complete setup of their account.

You would support your own clients, but you could come to us with their support questions and we would Help you with that.

Also, you would have the ability to give user tutorial access to your clients. In those tutorials, we do not put our website or give people away to contact us.

You also can request from our helpdesk links to Any of our tutorial videos so that you can embed them on your own site, and you’re always welcome to copy the content and images from our tutorials if you’d prefer to host them on your own site.
