Q: Loyalty program
Hi seems as a nice software for my agency.
1) can i organise a loyalty program with stages? If a client has 5 punches he gets 5% discount, when he gets to 10 punches 10% and 20 punches he gets 20%? Or only 1 type of loyalty program?
2) if I get tier 5 with unlimited clients, how do I charge my clients for the use of sms? That part is unclear to me. I charge them a monthly fee for the use of the software but there is an extra cost I presume for the usage of sms?
3) I saw in 1 of your videos after scanning the QR code the client can put his telephone number in, does the client must also put in the country code? I live in Greece so that is +30 . If yes I did not saw the + sign to put the country code.

Mar 18, 2025A: Great questions. For the loyalty program you set up what they get at X amount of points but it isn’t scaled like you’re asking. However, you can set up multiple programs so once they reach the first milestone your response could be like “reply bonus to level up your loyalty rewards” and that could add them to your 2nd tier program 😊
As far as sms billing you can either:
A. Charge by package like $X includes xxx messages per month
Or
B. Charge for the platform access and have them connect their own Twilio or Telnyx account so they pay the gateway directly for messaging.
