There are a ton of features and yet it still manages to not feel overwhelming or clunky. I clicked around to see if I could figure out most of the functionality without having to go through training videos, and I found everything quite simple to navigate and figure out. I especially appreciated all the tool tips. I love being able to get a little mini refresher right where I need it. The more, the better. I did not see a way to edit a short link, which would be an extremely useful option. I recently had a situation where I printed QR codes on business cards, and then the company I was working with changed the link to their registration page, so I had to print all new cards and the ones I had already given out were no longer good. so hopefully something of that nature is on the potential roadmap. I was only on AppSumo to buy a little app for my MacBook, but when I saw this offer I knew I had to lock it in for another venture I have coming up. I have wasted way too much money on services and tools that weren’t user friendly and never got used. This is a solid set of tools with a very polished feel that I know will come in handy for many different projects. I already use Twilio extensively, and this will greatly expand those capabilities. So glad I stumbled upon it.
