My original interest in this platform is to enable academic surveys to be sent by SMS. I also plan to use it as part of marketing my business. In both ways it is useful and far easier to navigate than Twiloio, which I have used previously but find challenging to navigate. For sure, there are some aspects of RoskcSTar SMS that don;t allow me to run the Academic side as I'd love to, but that is not it's core purpose after all so I am still grateful for what it is and waht it can do - that is, a simple to use platrofm that enables automated SMS messaging and enables basic interaction. I am also very grateful fot the support offered by teh Rockstar SMS team - I have found them to be responsive and helpful
