I see you never signed up for the tutorials and we never received any type of support ticket from you.
If you had signed up, and entered gateway information, you would have been up and running in 5 minutes like most people.

It’s been my experience that when people don’t even sign in to the tutorials, and try to set things up without using the instructions, things rarely get set up properly.

While our platform may resemble others we aren’t affiliated and we have different functionality so just because you’re familiar with the other one you mentioned, that doesn’t mean setup is the same. Perhaps that assumption, and your decision to not use the tutorials, is what led to your experience.

I’m sorry that you chose to leave an angry review without actually looking at our tutorials, and without ever contacting support.

While I wouldn’t do something like this and I personally believe it’s unfair and unprofessional. It is your right to do so. I hope for the sake of the next company you review that you take the time to at least watch the tutorials for the next product you buy so they don’t receive an awful response like this.
