Q: I've been trying to get ahold of you via your the Freemus support interface, your own website, via chat, etc.

for days now, and unsuccessfully.

1. I can't access restricted content on your docs site, as it is asking for 'purchase code' with a different format than the license code I received when I registered with my appsumo purchase.

2. How do I customize the plugin's theme on the frontend without having to use your theme, which I don't want to do? I use a light-weight theme, and create the pages for my site myself.
