I’ve been using this plugin for 6 months across 5 different sites(Bit Apps, Bit Form, Bit Integrations, Bit Social, and Bit Assist), and it has been outstanding on every one of them. The user-friendly UI and excellent responsive design make it a pleasure to work with.

One of my favorite features is the “no slug” option, which allows me to remove parent docs URLs feature I find incredibly useful.

While I’m extremely satisfied, I do have a couple of feature requests that would make the plugin even better:

The ability to set folder icons separately on each page.
An option to customize the text for the page title and sidebar separately on each page.
The support team has been incredibly responsive and efficient, which adds tremendous value to the overall experience. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this plugin to others

This is the perfect plugin to build a knowledge base. This makes the process of building and managing a knowledge base. I went to tier 3 for the analytics, and the other pro max features. I needed to reach out to support for help to stack my codes. Support answered and take care of my issued quickly. This a a product worth adding to the stack of tools.

Whenever i have a problem, support are very friendly and helpful, Any issue is handled very quickly and professionally by the support team.

I've been looking for a long time for a solution to easily manage a knowledge repository on our company website. All this in a way that it should be public and have a private part of the content. I gave EazyDocs a try and made an excellent choice. The site is amazingly fast, intuitive to use, easy to manage backend.

But what I like the most is the one button dark mode toggle and the character size setting option. Well done and the price is bombastic, simply an unmissable offer.

The plugin is easy to use, UI is intuitive, the drag and drop sorting can be buggy, I'm sure this will be fixed at some point. I also wish for easier and robust customizability for left side nav, like changing padding and such without going into the CSS. Functionality wise, this plugin can do pretty much what I want it to do and more.

I felt so much joy when I installed this plugin on a site where I had my custom docs solution running the same CPT. This plugin used all of my existing posts as the articles and it had me running my docs in minutes but now with more granular control.
I like the fact that you can easily style it and by copying the template files, you can override anything you want.

"Knowledge base" have always been on my to-do list but never really found the time to do it right. This time, after testing the free version I was convinced that this will be the chosen one. For not a fortune we get a product that works like charm. Fast UI, customization options, and most important for me is the logic behind. Easy to understand and use, no fancy things, good integration with Astra and Elementor (in my case). Still some minor things to polish, but I'm sure the team behind will continue to improve and support the product.
