Q: Unable to Upgrade or Delete Account After Purchasing Starter Plan on AppSumo

I purchased the Starter Plan through AppSumo, but I’m currently unable to upgrade my account.

Additionally, I can’t find any option to delete my existing account in order to create a new one using my AppSumo purchase. Because of this, I’m stuck and can’t properly activate or upgrade my plan.

Could you please advise on how to:

Upgrade my current account using the AppSumo Starter Plan, or

Delete/reset my account so I can complete a new registration via AppSumo?
