Q: Uploaded zip file and showing blank page

Sent email to support too. But uploaded a zip file of the project in the editor.do. Then opened the site in a browser and it just shows a blank page. Why is that?

It would be fantastic if it did. The other IDE on sale on this site has one, but it doesn't work (probably not updated). Googling this question is impossible due to the name of the product :(
