Just ok, it had potential over almost 2 years ago when purchased. I purchased Edworking before the “business plan” existed and they rolled it out after I purchased. I’m not arguing about white labeling. Yet - It clearly states in the appsumo guidelines all future updates included. By giving a roadmap item a name and then trying to charge extra is the bait and switch many companies pull for profit ignoring the initial investors and LTD people like myself. It’s not good business. There hasn’t been an update to this product in a while over 9 months. Today when you even try to enter the app on IO - that they claim they been working on all this time - it’s glitchy and you can’t even login. Additionally I notice he keeps copying and pasting the same response to every person who already had the LTD prior to the “business plan being launched.” If the bussiness plan existed prior to the LTD being launched that one thing - nice try. I purchased Edworking when there was no “business plan” upgrade. Which by appsumo guidelines and your agreement to them means that any updates are to be grandfathered in. So please be honest with your business practices. Be Better - your literally biting the hand that fed you.. Appsumo needs to flag this - and I will be pursing this further bc these things always happen after the 60 days - when the deal “ends.” This is called bait and switch. This also signals the kind of business etiquete to expect moving forward. In summary, not having an updated in over 9 months or addressing any roadmaps yet - having all these features unlocked in a business plan and whites labeling features as a additional purchase after Many of us purchased this product - and still it’s glitchy is a roadblock. Stay away

We’ve always been very clear about this — white-labeling and business features are not included in lifetime deals. It’s easy to understand why many lifetime software offers eventually fail, and that’s not the path we want to take.
That’s why we’ve made a firm decision not to include all business-level features in the lifetime plan. The product you have is still great, but if you’d like more...
I decided to give Edworking a try, and I was quite surprised by what it offers at this stage of development.
Sometimes it’s not easy to recognise the potential of a seed. Did you know that Zapier was once on AppSumo? Whoever grabbed it back then is like someone who bought Bitcoin 15 years ago.
For me, Edworking is a serious project and a solid alternative for task management, docs, and files. You can even meet with your team through an internal Zoom alternative.
And there’s something I love: copy-paste into Markdown editors works flawlessly.
The team has shown commitment, and the support is good, taking note of issues that still need fixing.
The point is this: you can be part of the story or regret it down the road.
The big flaw in the lifetime deal is the reports capability which is not included.
whats the propose to buy a tool to manage your team and you cannot have a simple reporting.
It seems all reports are just in the business plan. So, to me, does not make any sense to have a LTD that does not offer a basic reporting capability, something simple like: how many tasks user A did this week.
Tools is also slow, simple things like creating task can take time.
Another thing, but this would be a RFE is the ability to start a timer in the task, but that would be a plus.

Look, I get it — everyone loves a lifetime deal until they realize it doesn’t include every single premium feature ever made. But here’s the reality: if companies gave everything away in LTDs, they’d go bankrupt before you finished your first report.
We’ve spent over nine months rebuilding the entire platform from scratch. So yes, things might be a little slow for a few users right now — that’s...
I bought this for its features that solve my problems. This to me is the Thinking Man's Trello, with bells and whistles. I had bought it before, I am not sure what changed, but it works really well for me and I can organise my separate gigs into logical order. I have Blue and Suitedash, but this just makes sense for my needs and team size. All the best
New Version just launched and it is a HUGE improvement.
Over the summer, we got Edworking here as a LTD and it seemed OK but had flaws so we got a refund, even though we knew from the responses here from the Founder of Edworking that there was an all-new, ground-up [I think] version very much in the works for release at the end of the summer sometime. We got a refund because we didn't know what or when or if the new version was going to be when released.
Well, now the new version is out and we are now purchasing the Appsumo deal again—we came back!— for the new version because it appears to be a huge improvement in speed, and easiness with a cleaner looking interface and a renewed remodel of the platform overall.
We are very excited to try this new, much better version out. I think I might be the first person to review the new version which I definitely recommend getting while it's on Appsumo. This is a great project platform with simple and robust but not overwhelming features.
If you are reading the reviews, they are all reviews of the OLD version, pre-October 2025. Please try the now-live new Edworking and I think, like me, you will see it as much better in small and large ways.
Thanks!
