I purchased the highest tier with the hopes that at least IntegraBot will be added. As many other sumolings have pointed out on here, IntegraBot would make the difference and be well worth the high price tag for Tier 5.
I understand your company deciding to scrap IntelliDocs, but not including anything from IntegraBot doesn’t give it much distinction from the other RPA tools that have already...

immediately into my digital marketing agency. However, I’ve encountered a couple of significant issues that I need assistance with:
The Easley AI component only responds to me in a foreign language by default. Despite my settings being configured for English, I have to repeatedly specify for it to respond in English. This is quite inconvenient and not what I expected for such an investment.
I ran into the same issue. The AI only responded in French in my case. I tried going to the forum, but noone answered me, so I'm still trying to figure this out. I got Tier 5, but it doesn't include the option to get assistance from the application, so I've had to go to the Forum to seek help. So far, it hasn't been great.
