Q: My simple question is, will IntegraBot ever be added to these tiers?
I purchased the highest tier with the hopes that at least IntegraBot will be added. As many other sumolings have pointed out on here, IntegraBot would make the difference and be well worth the high price tag for Tier 5.
I understand your company deciding to scrap IntelliDocs, but not including anything from IntegraBot doesn’t give it much distinction from the other RPA tools that have already been on Appsumo.
I saw that your company decided not to include IntelliDocs, but not including anything from IntegraBot, unfortunately, decreased the value I thought I would get compared to other RPA tools that have already been (and will continue to be) on Appsumo that "combine" can do mostly the same repetitive tasks without the advanced logic and intelligence you would get with IntelliDocs.
Q: Do you have an ETA of when ElectroNeek will be available for Mac?
I want to use it, but am Mac only. I am considering whether to purchase now (if available in the next 60 days) or just wait for it to come on AppSumo again.

The Easley AI component only responds to me in a foreign language by default. Despite my settings being configured for English, I have to repeatedly specify for it to respond in English. This is quite inconvenient and not what I expected for such an investment.
The main reason for my purchase was to utilize the Business Hub, specifically for its Marketing and Sales modules that come with built-in recipes for key tasks. Unfortunately, this module is not included in my plan, which is a critical component for my business operations.
These issues are impacting my ability to utilize the software effectively and efficiently. Could you please provide a solution for these problems? Specifically:
How can I ensure the Easley AI responds in English by default without needing to specify it every time? What steps can I take to access the Business Hub with the Marketing and Sales modules included in my current plan?

I ran into the same issue. The AI only responded in French in my case. I tried going to the forum, but noone answered me, so I'm still trying to figure this out. I got Tier 5, but it doesn't include the option to get assistance from the application, so I've had to go to the Forum to seek help. So far, it hasn't been great.

Agreed, but food for thought, there are several Appsumo offerings that have a secondary "direct to consumer" offer after you onboard at a certain tier level. The improved margins of the secondary offer may make the impossible possible lol! Just cap the plans to prevent excessive piggishness (spell checker says that's a word lol!) Best-
