The Easley AI component only responds to me in a foreign language by default. Despite my settings being configured for English, I have to repeatedly specify for it to respond in English. This is quite inconvenient and not what I expected for such an investment.
The main reason for my purchase was to utilize the Business Hub, specifically for its Marketing and Sales modules that come with built-in recipes for key tasks. Unfortunately, this module is not included in my plan, which is a critical component for my business operations.
These issues are impacting my ability to utilize the software effectively and efficiently. Could you please provide a solution for these problems? Specifically:
How can I ensure the Easley AI responds in English by default without needing to specify it every time?

I ran into the same issue. The AI only responded in French in my case. I tried going to the forum, but noone answered me, so I'm still trying to figure this out. I got Tier 5, but it doesn't include the option to get assistance from the application, so I've had to go to the Forum to seek help. So far, it hasn't been great.
