The application failed to work/function after the second attempt at using.
This product does not work.
#1. When adding emails for verification, the completion screen refuses to materialize any results.
#2. Bulk emails could not be uploaded as that function failed, and emails need to be inserted manually, one by one.
#3. The application creator was also an administrator on my account, which I could not remove. I found this odd.

This is a fraudulent joke and has no AI whatsoever.
This tool simply checks the domain and verifies if the email format is correct—nothing more, nothing less. There's no AI or anything sophisticated involved; it could easily be a 10-line Python script. It's not useful, and worst of all, when you activate your account, it creates a second admin account using an email from the provider, which is completely unacceptable. They claim to be GDPR-compliant, but this application feels fraudulent.

after logging in unable to find a logout option. In the Members section I see a name "app sumo admin with email id niel+15@verisoul.ai" with admin access. WHO IS THIS ? how did this email get admin access without my knowledge ? was this disclosed in the deal ? are you folks gonna monitor my account and steal all the emails I may use ? Does Appsumo know this & approve of it ? Do you do this will all the accounts ? . This feels shady to start with . Expect an explanation asap . Not sure how to give a negative rating. Would give minus 10

Will be a great tool when it actually catches bounced emails. Did not work for us. All of the bad emails came back as ok.

Does not detect bouncing email addresses
We fed this a list of opt-in email addresses from old customers and they mostly all came back clean. Thinking we were safe to send emails to these "valid" email addresses, we sent them, and hundreds bounced back. Turns out that determining whether or not the emails will bounce is not part of their verification process. Looking back through their marketing, it doesn't say that they can detect any invalid email for regardless the reason, but at the same time, it doesn't mention what is an obvious hole in their verification process that led to hundreds of bounce backs. Combined with the fact that they don't offer a refund, warrants 1 "taco".
